Good to know

Answers before the appointment.

What should I have ready?+

Bring a current government-issued photo ID. Keep the document complete but unsigned when the signature must be witnessed, and make sure every required signer is present and willing.

How much does a mobile notarization cost?+

You’ll receive a clear quote before the appointment. The total may include the state-authorized notarial fee plus an agreed mobile travel and convenience fee based on location, timing, and the number of signers or acts.

What does apostille assistance cost?+

Apostille assistance starts at $125. Government, notarization, shipping, travel, and rush charges are separate when applicable and are quoted upfront.

Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?+

A notary cannot select a certificate or give legal advice. The document recipient or an attorney can tell you whether an acknowledgment, jurat, or another certificate is required.

Do you provide emergency or weekend appointments?+

Yes. Saturday and Sunday service is available 24 hours, subject to appointment availability. Weekday appointments are offered from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
